Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HRInno provides an AI-powered HR and recruitment software platform, including features such as:

• –AI-assisted CV analysis and candidate scoring
• –Recruitment pipeline management
• –Job application processing and tracking
• –HR analytics and reporting
• –Automated interview question generation

The website currently operates as a product demonstration and lead generation platform. Full SaaS subscription terms will be provided separately upon commercial engagement.

3. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

• –use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• –attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its systems;
• –transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through the Service;
• –reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service;
• –use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or collect data from the Service;
• –impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• –upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code.

4. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate outputs such as candidate scores, interview questions, and compatibility assessments. You acknowledge that:

• –AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional HR, legal, or hiring advice.
• –AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases and should not be the sole basis for employment decisions.
• –You remain solely responsible for all hiring decisions made using the Service.
• –You must comply with all applicable employment, anti-discrimination, and equal opportunity laws when using AI-assisted hiring tools.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service — including all software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, and content — are and remain the exclusive property of Saussez Grégory. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right in the Service.

You retain all ownership rights in any content you submit to the Service (e.g. CV documents uploaded for demonstration purposes). By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to such processing to the extent described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HRInno disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HRInno and its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business — arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Hungarian law.

9. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Hungary.
